** Let me started by saying I used an app called ClassPass for the appointment and booked a Signature Pedicure** Many of the reviews were horrible and I still gave them a try - WELL, the reviews were correct!!! The nail salon is beautiful inside however the women are HORRIBLE with customer service skills. The nail tech was upset because I didn't like my nail color and after she repolished my toes, they looked very subpar. She barely put a top coat on and left me to dry with no instructions. Started on another client and never came back to remove the spacers on my toes. I sincerely think they need a class on customer service and etiquette because to be rude and unprofessional based on maybe the fact I am using "ClassPass" is a sign. If they don't want to service guests who used this APP - T

Horrible experience today at this nail salon. First of all the older woman pedicuring my feet was extremely rough. She nicked me multiple times and she cut my leg with her instrument & now have a scar. The pedicure was the worst one I ever had in my life. Nothing was relaxing about this pedicure. It felt like she was doing construction on my feet rather than a regular pedicure. The woman who did my nails was extremely slow Then, on top of that, they overcharged me after finding out I lived in the area I was charged $70 for a simple gel manicure which should’ve been $55 then demanded a tip. I won’t be returning to this nail shop anymore listen to the reviews

This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything. I mean, I'm speechless at how awful my nails look. I wanted a light pink chrome and ended up with extremely thick purple nails, bleeding cuticles, nail polish on my skin, and a nail shape I can only describe as jagged. I'm legit too embarrassed to post photos. I'm telling people around me that my 8-year-old cousin did them. Zero stars.

My experience was horrible. Yesterday I went for a full set and pedicure. I was told that they don’t offer long nail services. I told her I didn’t ask for long nails. She said she wanted to let me know so that we don’t waste each other’s time. Rude. Unprofessional. I was already there and didn’t feel like going somewhere else. Maybe I should have. She then proceeded to let two other women of color know that the salon doesn’t offer long nail services, and they left. She then proceeded to tell me that she will show me what length they offer. Before I could tell her where to cut she cut the nail. I then told her that this is not medium, this is short and that I wanted short. My full set is horrendous. I asked for almond and half are shaped crooked. I didn’t get a design and they were $61. My

Honestly, my biggest problem is the price and not getting what I was supposed to get. For one, they didn't actually DO a manicure. She soaked off my nails and then immediately put tips on, no cuticle work at all. Two, the gel extentions were actually acrylic. I personally don't mind? But why call it a gel extention. Three, some structure issues. Hardly any apex, wrong size tips don't even make it to my side walls. Overall, won't be coming back. I do my own gel extensions, the biggest thing I wanted was the manicure portion and that didn't happen lol.
