Modern Nail Bar

This is my second experience here and it was great. Nice customer service. Clean and modern interior. Always are asking if you want to drink something. And as I understood they are not charging for it (I didn’t ask for champagne or vine but still). The service is not fast but attentive to detail, so choose what is more important to you. We went to Modern Nail Bar as a treat for Valentine’s Day and had a lovely experience! The staff are super friendly and the salon is a clean, professional environment without the heavy smell of lacquer I’ve had some places. The hombre design done on my granddaughter’s nails was impressive! The complimentary snacks provided were an unexpected bonus for our girls day out. Highly recommend!

walked in w/no appointment on Valentine’s Day. . The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and friendly. They went above and beyond by putting out an amazing spread and lovely beverages. We were even able to get some beautiful flowers. Highly highly recommend them. Great experience and great customer service. Got to meet the owners, Tan and Kimberly and it shows why the customer service is superb. Our nail tech was Julie and can’t say enough good things about her.

Our experience at Modern Nail Bar was mixed. I would say that service depends on who does your nails. On a positive note, they have hooks for your purse and their salon is beautiful inside. We were not offered drinks- they say they offer them on their website. I got my gel polish removed, with Eva doing my nails. The gel removal cost only $15, but now I have to go home and fix them because they were not done properly, leaving my nails scarred and ragged. The filing Eva did to get the top layer of gel off was harsh and very fast. She did not let the gel soak for very long, maybe 2 minutes, so she had to scrape harder with the cuticle pusher. What can I say about this place other than... HOW FREAKING AWESOME AND HOSPITABLE THEY WERE TO ME! First, let's start with the one who checked me in. I asked for chrome red nails for the holiday, and she went to her station while I was getting my feet done and created a formula to give to my nail tech, who then executed it with precision. I mean, Julissa (Julie) is such a jewel! They all are magnificent! Even Brielle, who did my nails last time, but I wasn't able to catch her this time. They all were so nice, and everybody pitched in to make my vision come to life! I was treated like a princess. They really took care of me, not knowing that I had just come out of surgery two days ago. My husband came in, and his mouth dropped. That's what we want, ladies, lol. Upon leaving, I was gift
