Bad service plucked at my cuticles very hard didn’t acknowledge it at all and never told me if I was okay or apologized. I am hurting with Neosporin and bandaids on my fingers this has never happened before with any previous nail techs and if even the tiniest slip up occurred they’d apologize and fix it. I didn’t say anything to avoid confrontation but that was a mistake. Very disorganized, careless and unprofessional salon please do not go here.

First time booking at this salon and I had such a great experience with Isa, she was super sweet and welcoming. I love how detailed she was with my hair! Will definitely book again

PEOPLE….make an appointment here asap!!!!! The girls here are super thoughtful and sweet. I had my hair and make up done by Michelle & she did such a great job! She made my vision come to life and went the extra mile for me. Also, I had the pleasure of watching Issa at work and she did a WONDERFUL job on 2 other ladies getting their hair done. This shop made me feel like one of the homegirls and for that I am really grateful. Their work ethic, personalities, and talent really sparkles. Definitely coming back!!!
