Good customer service, poor hair care and techniques. A few months ago, I got my highlights maintenance here, everything was fine. However, I decided to look for another hairstylist since I tried to make another appointment at this salon and the lady never responded back. When my new hairstylist was sectioning my hair, she noticed that the lady at this salon did the highlights so thin and didn’t follow the pattern that I already had before and ended up getting a color correction, including my split ends, since this lady only retouched my front highlights and the back of my head was dark, no highlights at all. Never going back to this salon, and if you go, be careful.

My bf and I have been getting our hair trimmed for 6mths now with Mirna and ever since our hair has gotten so healthy and thick ( my bf doesn’t trust anyone with his hair ) this salon is versatile they even have a girl that does some sick, clean braids and the nail techs are amazing !!! Highly recommend and they aren’t over priced

I went to go get my eyebrows done but the lady didn't do them the way i wanted them she did a very poor job. I constantly had to be telling her how to do them, when i paid her with a $20 bill she forced me to give her a tip , even when i clearly said NO TIP ,she shouldn't force any costumers to give her a tip specially when she did a poor job also i felt like she took advantage of me because i was young and nice towards her. she seemed very unprofessional . Worst salon i ever been in my life. I do not recommend this salon!!

Spectacular Hair Salon! Wonderful independent stylists all work here. I recommend: Hair by Tere. She is Outstanding. All different cuts and styles. They also have a nail specialist in their salon. Great customer service.

Absolutely Love this place!! I’ve been getting my hair done by Mirna for quite some time now and her hands are like magic! Before seeing Mirna I had Way over processed bleach blonde hair that kept breaking off and looked just awful. She saved it and still able to keep the blonde I like and after years of being blonde my hair is actually growing!! Never going anywhere else again. Highly recommended!! :).
