Mindful massage studio

I had an amazing prenatal massage with Marlina at Mindful Massage Studio. I’m 9 months pregnant, and she made me feel completely comfortable, supported, and cared for from start to finish. Her touch was thoughtful and intuitive, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and with real relief in my body. The space is calm and welcoming, and Marlina is truly exceptional at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough, especially for expectant moms!

Marlina is the best of the best. It’s always hard for me to fully relax during a massage but here I fall asleep every time. She also has done reiki and has been spot on. Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of winning a Christmas Giveaway (60 min massage) this past year. First off, Marlina was a sweetheart, super easy to talk to and she really listened and worked on my problem areas. The ambiance of the room was very relaxing and calm. I love a hard/medium pressure on certain areas of the body and Marlina was able to understand where I needed more pressure. Overall I had an amazing experience and definitely will be a returning client!

Marlina was my savior during pregnancy. I had horrible shoulder pain and was barely sleeping. She helped me work through the pain and her massage helped keep me comfortable in the third trimester. I was very grateful to have her for prenatal massages and in the postpartum period.
