I had a wonderful experience at the spa. I did a facial treatment and left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The whole experience was relaxing, and the care and attention they give to their clients is truly special. The team was very professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about providing a high-quality service. My skin feels amazing and I left feeling renewed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take care of themselves and enjoy a moment of true relaxation.

Red light facial promotional deal was great! My esthetician Tamara(??) was amazing! She provided extra love and attention to my skin. And amazing hands she has, it felt like she was playing Mozart on my face, head, neck and shoulders♥️ I didn’t experienced any annoying sale pitch or pressure to purchase anything, just a quick educational & informative session of extra services that they have to offer and is available if interested for future. Overall, Great experience!

Terrible terrible experience. I had been frequently seeing their ads on instagram and on saturday night at 8:30 pm while wcrolling online, i decided to check if they had any open slots available for Sunday. On checking their website, they had multiple slots open and i decided to book my appointment for 2:15pm Sunday. I received a confirmation email as well. However, when i reached there on Sunday at 2:00pm (15 minutes early as suggested by them for first time customers) i was told there were noone available as they had double-booked that time slot and the only available option was for me to come back again after an hour and a half if i was still interested. The girl at the front desk did not even seem apologetic at all and in fact was most nonchalant about it. Really bad customer experienc

I purchased the promotion facial with red light therapy for $79. I added a collagen mask. The anesthetician seemed inexperienced. The massage was lacking. The collagen mask was left on for less than 5 minutes. I don t feel as though I benefited from it.

This was only my 2nd visit. The spa itself has a very relaxing vibe and pretty. The staff have always been great and the aestheticians are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Garden Retreat
