I have been working with Yvonne for over 10 years using EFT. After many years of traditional talking therapy, I found EFT to work in a new and refreshing way. Yvonne's expertise with this model has helped me to respond much more calmly to many issues in my life. I have found this method to be very useful in reducing anxiety and helpful in looking at life struggles from a different perspective. My symptoms from perimenopause have become very difficult to tolerate and manage. I sought help from Yvonne because her knowledge and skills with Bowen massage have always been outstanding. The results are immediate! Within a couple of days of my visit with her, my symptoms were lessened and I felt so much relief. At every appointment she takes the time to discuss how I feel and always has time to answer any questions. If I call or email, Yvonne is good at getting back to me. I see her regularly to keep up with my allergy relief, but over the years we have done bodywork for different issues as needed. All with good results.
