Had an amazing massage! She was very professional, great pressure. She hit every spot that was a problem area. Her space was perfect and very relaxing. I love a deeper tissue and her thoughtfulness and knowledge shows in every aspect. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!! 10 out of 10

What an incredible experience, Lindsay has thought of everything to contribute to a restorative treatment and space. The best thing have felt in a long time!! A true deep tissue massage; unlike other therapists who claim they perform deep tissue, she really listened and read my muscles! Thank you!!

This was my first time here, and I'm committed to coming back. Lindsay is very communicative about asking about problem areas, desired concentrated spots, and the techniques she uses. Bonus: she doesn't charge extra for any add-ons (like cupping) aside from the hot stones! She is focused on addressing your needs however it can best be done, and she worked wonders on my aching back, neck, and shoulders. She offered a face and scalp massage as well; FANTASTIC. I left feeling refreshed with muscles relieved of tension.

I had a string of bad massages before trying mindful massage at the suggestion of a friend. Holy crap she’s good. I feel like my joints are flossed. It’s a fresh from the dentist feeling for your whole body. I never thought I’d enjoy massages but I truly truly enjoy hers.
