Million Nails

Went for simple pedicure. It was 35 dollars. I was a walk in. He seemed disappointed i didnt want upgrades. Feel like I was rushed through. The other people there who appeared to be repeat customers got great treatment though and were there for a long time. So maybe my case was different

From start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal. Ms.Sophia,Tina, Emily and Peter kept me informed every step of the way. They always have a smile on their face and our conversation is awesome. Even though, they have a tight schedule they seem to worked me in. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. They always ask me if I need something to drink. I spent around $120.00- 140.00 bi-weekly. I've been their customer for a long time. They are professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I visited this place on 11/12, days after not even a full week I noticed my nails were lifting after getting a fill in with an overlay. I immediately called and spoke to Zen, after back and forth with him asking me to text photos he said to come back and they will take care of it. I arrive and Sophia says she received the photos, looks at my nails and asks do I want to re do the fill in or just polish and I stated to refill as it was not done properly to begin with and that just polishing will not solve the problem. She said ok and got someone to assist. Upon finishing, she says I owe $20 since I got the fill. She never once mentioned a charge. We went back and forth and she said you can pay $15. I then explained we never spoke about a charge and that sh

They lie about prices and give DIRTY wine glasses with other people lips stained on them when they offer you wine! I tried to give them a second chance after it took them 3 TIMES and multiple people to do my eyebrows and still wasn’t satisfied. Definitely will be finding other service providers.

New 85 minute pedicure option and I really enjoyed it. I really like when the nail techs take their time and dont rush my time to relax. This million Psa Herbal pedicure was very relaxing and worth every penny. The price of service is never an issue especially when you get the service you paid for to relax. This place has improved greatly on their customer service. I dont get pressured into services I dont want and I dont get rushed service. There are certain techs who have more skills than other and its just up to the customer to ask the questions. Keep up the good work.
