I go there on the average of once a month for a facial and a massage. It’s something I look forward to every month and enjoy immensely. I come away renewed and refreshed.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful morning here on New Year's Eve! We both enjoyed 90-minute massages followed by 30-minute foot scrubs/massages. We have enjoyed spa treatments all over the world and this one sits at the top with the very best, honestly - it was an overall lovely experience. The spa itself has a great location - walking distance downtown with nearby restaurants & shops. It is beautifully built within an old mill and they have done an artful job to maintain the unique original architecture while building-in modern touches. The treatment rooms are very nicely decorated in soothing tones with creative accents. The staff were ALL so friendly and personable. We enjoyed our conversations a great deal with our two therapists who seemed to be very knowledgeable in their craft

A beautiful spa and salon. Excellent staff,very friendly and knowledgeable. I received a massage from Shine and she addressed my upper shoulder and neck issues. Glenna is an absolute master chemist when it comes to hair coloring. I left with pretty polished toes and fingers, perfectly waxed legs, relaxed and with less stress. The vibe that is generated among the employees is refreshing. Just a real feel good experience. You must treat your self.

I treated myself to a Groupon for a facial and a massage. I was warmly greeted by Bev, who gave me paperwork to complete, and chatted with me for a few minutes. She was also my massage therapist, and she was fantastic. She kept the conversation light, and even showed me some stretches I can do to help keep my hips from being so tight. My facial was with Jessica. She walked me through the process, and we discussed skincare among other things. She was also quite friendly. She gave me some tips and advice, and explained what she was using and why. And when it was over, my skin was glowing. She took ten years off my face. I highly recommend Mill Street Body & Soul Day Spa and Salon, and cannot wait to book myself another session.

I had such a great time today getting my hair done. I haven't had a hair cut for a really long time and my stylist, Savannah, gave great recommendations to help restore the natural beauty of my hair. She was very bubbly, and skilled at what she did. I decided that I was going to get bangs, and she did amazing. Highly recommend!! :D
