DO NOT book on line. MILAGRO, please monitor it more closely or take it down. I booked 1:30 facial 2:30 classic pedicure 3:30 blow out with Specific stylist. Confirmation came the day before for 1:15, 2:15 and 3:15. Ok no problem I’m free all day. Then when I get there at 1 pm and am taken in for my facial the facialist tells me my pedicure is at 2, I told her I booked for 2:30, she checked with the front and said I was in for 2:15 but still had plenty of time for the 50 minute facial. When I get to the pedicure the tech tells me she doesn’t have time to do the classic pedicure, only the essential (no massage, duh that’s the best part) and didn’t the receptionist tell me that when I checked in “no” nor did they call me when they realized their mistake. So pedicure is done and she says ,

The women at the desk are all rude and super snarkey. Like we are doing them a favor being there. Not helpful at all just rude and judgemental. Completely unacceptable experience. The technicians spoke to me in a rude, dismissive way and looked at me like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Their tone and attitude were judgmental and unprofessional from the start. This is a service business—if you can’t treat people with basic respect, you shouldn’t be working with the public. The massage itself was rushed and uncomfortable, and instead of listening to my requests, the therapist talked down to me and acted like I was the problem. Overpriced, unprofessional, and not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Went for a massage to alleviate tension and knots around my shoulder blades... upon arrival first locker I tried was broken... tea water pot was broken... tea water was luke warm when I finally unscrewed the lid to get water out.... massage room speaker was rattling during the louder parts of the music... massage was mediocre, and the masseuse didn't listen... she didn't focus on the area that I literally asked to be "most of the massage" (upper back). I clearly communicated my intent for the massage... but when she finally started on my upper back, the massage was basically over - I'd guess 5 minutes. Also this felt like more of a skin rub than a tension relieving massage. Side note about that - Even though I had booked a 50-min classic massage, I had asked to change to deep tissue upon

Had a great salon experience minus my highlights. Everyone working there is very sweet and the salon is beautiful. I came in for a haircut and highlights and this is what I got. Unfortunately, I didn’t see an issue with the color at the time, but I now realize how bad they are. I hate to be negative as I truly did have a lovely experience and the stylist was understanding regarding the situation, but I just wanted to put it out there for anyone considering getting their hair colored here.

This was my first experience with the Milagro Spa. It was clean and the atmosphere was serene. All the spa personal were pleasant and attentive. But the thing that impressed me the most was my Hydrafacial session . I have never had the visible results that I received with any other facial. So much so that others are noticing. Jenna is professional and knows her craft. She answered all my questions and did a truly great job. I highly recommend this facial for anyone with concerns about aging skin.
