I’ve been going to MANA for over a year now, and every massage therapist I’ve seen has been excellent. They truly listen to what your body needs, and I always leave feeling renewed and balanced. The space is immaculate, super clean and calming, with no pressure to buy products or add services, which I really appreciate. I’ve also used the sauna and plunge pool (yes, the cold plunge is very cold!) and tried the bio-mat, which has been a game changer on weeks when work is intense or after heavy training days. Great experience at MANA Massage & Wellness! Easy to book an appointment and the front desk staff was super friendly. Booked a 90-minute massage with Rob that included the biomat and cupping—it was so relaxing and just what was needed. Definitely recommend
