Just purchased an item I did not mind that there were no refunds when I tried to return it, but what I did not like was when I came in and asked for a refund I dealt with discrimination. She immediately had an attitude and responded in a passive aggressive tone while crossing her arms. She was unkind and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the return/exchange policy, she assumed I tampered with the item.

I feel as though you can always expect some kind of nonsense with police presence or some form of ignorance being uttered from someone's mouth, anywho this is a clean establishment seems to be organized. I think it would be nice to remove all the photos of past theives from your entrance it serves no real pupose outside of patrons to proceed with caution anything could happen. The prices have certainly risen.

Horrible Hair… purchased hair From location on N Peoria and noticed that there was rust on the metal bag holder so I returned it and asked for a different package. It also had rust on it so I had he assured me that the hair was good so I had that hair installed 2 days later this hair is mad unable to calm through. It was a hot mess so I am going to visit the store to let this guy know that once the hair becomes old there’s nothing you can do with it, especially after it’s installed probably will never return to this location as they know what products are old and what’s not !!! this is unacceptable and I’ll be going to Mandy’s from now on ! go with your instinct and let’s stop buying this crap from these locations. They have no respect for our money!

I'm from sc I came down to visit I needed something's so I stopped here an the people was so nice the young lady at the register had a beautiful conversation with me and answered all my questions with patience showed me where everything was an I just had to do a review thanx lady's for the experience.

I love this store I come here a lot love the huge selection on hair dyes and wigs also very good quality and customer service is always great and love me Lee he helped picking things I needed and you break you buy 😂😂😂😂 jk but very nice people and employees 👍🏾10/10 would definitely do it again 😂
