My experience was nothing short of incredibly disappointed. I went in asked for the very basic of basic pedi. No massage, no special package, just polish and trimming. The guy brought out a hot towel. I told him I only wanted polish. I didn’t want to pay for extra add ons. He had a deaf ear. I asked to get my finger nails trimmed. I didn’t need to soak my hand or have any massage. Just a very basic nail trim. He did the full works against my wishes. The polish is where things go down hill quickly. The guy painted my nails and I said NO. Proceeded to paint them. I said I am not paying for full service when I asked for plain Jane basic. Love my pedicure! Very nice people, they definitely take care to make you feel pampered, even with basic pedi. Also, 5-stars for the chairs, enjoyed a good, deep massage. Haven’t found that in a few other places in town.

Just so everybody is aware unless you like square shape and plain jane nails this is not the place to go. It was $143 for basic ombre nails and and basic toes these people are money hungry. Also tried to speak to the boss and they continued to try and make excuses for the prices. “Well you got a shape $15 more” “well you got pink $20 more for that”

I hated my service the eyebrow guy litterly waxed half of my eyebrow how is that acceptable. The first picture is after the service and the second picture is before I did the service I’m so upset he didn’t even asked if it was okay to wax the front part of my eyebrow. I litterly have a half eyebrow on my face.

Go see Mindy. She's amazing and does a great job! I read the other reviews and my daught, niece and I did not have a bad experience. Our nails were lovely, they were expertly done and everyone was super professional. 5 stars all around
