restoration massage and bodywork

Ive been running and weight training for over 15 years and currently training for a half marathon- developed some low back/hip pain that I could never alleviate. Just thought it was my “age” and sucked it up. I’ve done Chiro, dry needling and PT trying to work out these issues to no avail. Booked a massage with Dallas and all I can say is “WOW”! He identified areas I didnt even know where tight and addressed them to great relief. First time in years my low back and hips don’t hurt! Definitely going to make a massage with Dallas a regular addition to my training! Thank you!

Liz is honestly the best massage therapist I've ever used. The environment she created was super relaxing, and she used the exact amount of pressure I needed for the issues I was having with my back. I couldn't recommend her more, and in fact, have already told several members of my family they should visit her as well.

Jenn and her team know the body well. I trust Jenn completely as I am working on healing up from a fractured shoulder injury. The amount of mobility Jenn has been able to help me get back to is so beneficial for me getting back to work more comfortably. (Career hairstylist so I NEED my shoulder!) There is a reason she is THE BEST!

Restoration massage is a place full of tranquility. I've seen Jenn for 7+ years for prenatal & postnatal massage, and deep tissue massage. Each time I walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Her knowledge about the muscular system in all walks of life is top notch. You won't be disappointed!

I'm not sure if Liz is a masseuse or a magician. Maybe both? I've been having several challenges that have been difficult to overcome, but Liz elevates a session with her high level techniques and energy. I am amazed at the progress we've been making!!
