Q Nails & Spa

I’m new to the area and I am so happy to have found Q nails. I like to get get designs and have a hard time finding a tech that doesn’t mind tackling my ideas. I’ve had 2 appointments so far and have loved my nails both times. 12/18 update: Love my Christmas set. Thanks again Tracy! ❤️💚

This was absolutely the worst Mani/Pedi that I have ever had. The shoppe was freezing cold, only small space heaters that were not adequate and they kept tripping the outlets. Before I left, I had 4 places bleeding between my hands and feet’s. They were harsh with their tool and since two ladies worked on me at the same time(which I hate because that is my pampering time to relax) it was like they were in a competition to see who could finish first. No other customers were in the shoppe. I am definitely trying another place as this was very bad.

I made an appointment online for eyebrow wax, pedicure and fill in. My nails needed a full set so I got the T.A.P hybrid gel nails and I loved the results. I showed Tracy what I wanted and she did it!. My pedicure was wonderful and Dee took his time to do a good job. Then I was gifted a cookie and lovely smelling cuticle oil. I received a discount for the grand opening and all this was at a fair rate! Thank y’all, I will be returning as they have multiple services & a wonderful environment Update: I got Halloween design Very detailed and take the time to provide a great service.

Sophia is amazing. She totally saved me from a botched nail job done elsewhere. If you get stiletto nails and are nervous about going somewhere new, go to Sophia. Trust me, as a stiletto girly for well over a decade now. Update: another success. Sophia and her sister are amazing 💕

Tracy at Q Nails (Boone, NC) is amazing! Her nail art is next level—she’s incredibly talented and always on top of the latest trends (which is perfect in a town with a big college crowd). The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and relaxing the moment you walk in. Everyone is kind and welcoming, and communication is easy (they speak English very well). I also really appreciate how fair and transparent their pricing is—no surprise add-on charges at checkout like I’ve experienced at other salons. I brought my 86-year-old mother for a pedicure and she was thrilled. Tracy’s sister did her service and my mom kept commenting on how gentle she was and what wonderful manners she has. They even offered us a beverage when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. My mom was so impressed
