I had to beg for a wig cap and deal with the worker’s attitude until my husband came in with his credit card for our $250 purchase. If we hadn’t of been mildly desperate for a wig before heading out of town, I would have left and not given their stank attitudes my business at all. She did, after we paid, realize she had given us a hard time for no reason and offered a free wig stand. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

I enjoy coming here. They have my wild grow hair oil I always get. The cashier’s are always new but sometimes Firefighters that come and work which is a great touch. The atmosphere is lovely. Never had a problem out of here. The ladies are always making sure they have what you need.

The best beauty supply shop in town! Endless selection of affordable hair and makeup products. The owner and her employees there are always so welcoming and helpful. When I’m there they are always asking if they can help me find anything and they make the wig buying experience very personal. You can always tell the difference in the shopping experience between local stores and big name retailers. Mimi Beauty is one of those places that you can see the difference in the quality of service, support local!

I’m very disappointed with the customer service from this business. I’m a frequent customer at this location. Literally 4-5 times a week I am in this store. I purchased over $50 worth of products from this store one morning last week and tried to exchange it the very same day and they would not exchange them even with my receipt in hand. In very fine print that you can barely see on the receipt, it says they don’t exchange products/chemicals since Covid , but they’ll exchange hair. That makes no sense! Hair can be tampered with and exposed to what ever but you don’t accept chemicals that aren’t open, no seal broken and still in the same bag. Ridiculous! For someone that frequents your business every day, you should at least become familiar with those who bring business to your store and s
