I’ve been a member of Metropolitan Sun Spa for about à Year. I am a Big fan of red light as a therapy for skin resilience, muscle Recovery and overall energy. However, consistency is key! So, I love the variety of products they offer. I also use the cryogenic lounger - when I do, I walk out with a pep in my step! I’ve also used it when I had a knee injury. In the Spring, I love the spray tan - helps To even out my golf tan ;)

Seriously my favorite place! The gals are so sweet and the owner is incredible too! The beds are top of the line and make me feel better about tanning knowing they are good quality! I’ve never burned here and they seem to all have different benefits (added right lights/misters/bluetooth connection/etc). I’ve been doing the monthly unlimited for around 2 years now and it’s such a good value. The spas are incredible. The sauna and the Fit Pod are my favorite!

It’s a great local, family-owned business with high-quality, medical-grade red light therapy and a variety of other wellness and fitness machines.
