if you want a rude clerk this is your store. the older short haired red headed clerk/manager is your girl for that! i came to exchange a pressed powder because it was the wrong color and return an eye cream that i didn’t need after all. initial conversation begun like this…. me: i need to return this and exchange this for a different color. her: well why did you buy it if you are just going to return it (in a condescending tone) me: not that it is really any of her business why i am returning it but i said because i decided i didn’t want it after all her: she got snippier and said i need to see the receipt me: it’s right there her: more snippy and rude saying she can’t exchange because it was purchased in tyler me: i can’t exchange even for a different shade her: even more snippy and rud
