I am a senior adult. My foundation wasn't working. I purchased Total Finish Compact; she helped me find right shade. I have it on this morning and it is on point! Looks natural and more coverage. The concealer matches exactly as well. So pleased! Please consider this makeup studio. No pressure either, just nice

I purchased foundation at the Troy location and exchanged for a different shade. I didn't have my receipt and the owner happily exchanged for me. When I got home the shade was not right. I tried to exchange at the Centerville location. I can't believe the owner told me I should go back to Troy to exchange even though it was further away. There are 2 locations in our area. You would think she cared about her customers. I wasn't asking for a refund. All makeup brands are happy to exchange receipt or not. Shame on you!!

The woman at the counter was extremely nice! She was so helpful, even willing to stay half an hour past closing to help me select just the right products. They are well stocked. Highly recommended

Only one person working. Helping another lady. We were the only ones in the store and it was over 15 minutes before she even acknowledged that I was there. Totally ignored. Did not want to make a purchase I only had a question.
