Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa

I was hopeful about this building. But I have been let down so many times by this company. Mattison suites truly does not care about its tenants. We have suffered electrical and AC outages dozens of times. I have been here three years and this company has given me more problems than I have ever experienced as a business owner in my life. I’m telling you this from the bottom of my heart. DO NOT rent here.

I am so disappointed in the salon! I drive two hours to get my hair done and the air conditioner is always out! This has been going on for years! It’s such a shame because it’s such a wonderful place with a great location! I really wish someone would put in a new AC system! I can’t continue to do this!

Worst experience ever. The AC has issues every year and never gets fixed. The issue is resolved temporarily with a bandaid but this company refuses to buy a new unit and properly take care of their tenants. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Not worth the headache to lease here.

Please don’t locate your business here. I can’t help but feel so disappointed in myself by moving here. I’ve been here in suite 225 for 3 weeks. Last week the ac went out that was my second week. Now this is my 3 week there and the ac is out again. My suite is hot and stuffy even though I brought a fan to help cool me and my clients down. The ac going out seems to be a reoccurring problem and they don’t ever fix it completely just put a band aid on it. Truly frustrating having to chose between working in hot uncomfortable conditions or cancelling your clients and risk losing them and not making enough money as this is our business and source of income. I signed a year lease. And I’m only 3 weeks in dealing with such stressful working conditions. This is extremely unprofessional.

I’ve been at this Salon for only a year. When I first moved in the AC was out for over a week. As I moved my belongings in on last year a tenant informed me that this happens ALL the time. I can say for myself the AC is an ongoing issue since I have been here. The air has gone out at least 3 times that I can count since I’ve been at the SugarLand location. Having to cancel client is not only extremely unprofessional but super embarrassing. Every time we ask to be compensated we either hear nothing back or get told they have to see first. They expect us to pay on time and automatically pull rent from our accounts yet when an issue happens they say NOTHING about compensating. I nearly passed out on my client this morning. With me being 5 months pregnant and working in the heat with my dryer
