Matrix Nails

I’ve been coming to Matrix Nails for over a year and the service is quick and efficient every time! I make sure to book with Tony- he is always so kind and professional and makes sure to get me right. There have been a few times when I don’t book an appointment ahead of time and I’ll call in and Helen will accommodate me with a time that same day. Overall, i am very pleased and so thankful to have found such a great nail salon.

I came to Madrix nails to get only a eyebrows wax, after she messed up my eyebrows shape I asked her to fix it, she then proceeded to wax my entire right eyebrow sharp tail off and I started crying because as a woman we know eyebrows are an importance to our appearance, they banned me after i refused to pay for a service that was terribly bad. I was forced to walk with one and a half eyebrow, around a month and being made front of which made me cry more :( I do not recommend coming here for eyebrows wax.

Ever just wanted a simple cute inexpensive polish 55 for gel on toes and regular polish and acrylic on fingers. And they made a mockery out of me because I asked what would be my out the door total saying “100, 80 what do you want it to be” And since I declined on gel polish on my nails it seems thats why my nails weren’t properly cleaned and made presentable. Ironically their nail acrylic foundation is amazing. Guess they forgot the paying customers choices should NEVER become a debate because it’s as simple as RESPECT !

My mom and I went here today for pedicures (our first time). We were taken to chairs immediately and began our pedis. I had Tina, while Mom had Mary. Both ladies were fantastic! For me, this was the best pedicure I’ve had in Jax! My mom was also very happy with hers. We will be back for our mother/daughter pedis. Prices were great!

Yeah my nails sucked. I got acrylics done for prom, and I usually go to Amys Nails at the beach, but I tried this place because my friend wanted to. First, when he started to do my nails, he did nothing to prepare my hands and nails (such as soaking or massaging or putting on lotion), he immediately shaved down my nails and made me bleed a couple of times. Then, as he would cut down the acrylics, I would keep asking for them to be shorter and skinnier, but he said “they’ll get there.” Once they were complete, there were thick chunks of hardened powder under my nails, and people told me my nails were way too big when I showed them to them. My friend’s nails (she just got a manicure) had bubbles in the paint and they wouldn’t fix them. But other than that the workers were kind and asked me a
