Disappointing visit. We will start with the massive amount of forms that I filled out prior to my appt. I get it standard procedures. But after completing forms the day before I was a tad bit annoyed to find more forms not as many but duplicates of some of the same that I filled out the night before. Arrived at the appointment a few minutes early directed to the waiting area. When the therapist came out she seemed less than enthusiastic. I am not sure if it was me or she wasn't have a great day. We go back to the room and she asked if I had any specific skin concerns. I told her no and that I had come for a deep cleansing facial because it had been years since I had a facial. Im not much on reviews, but I have to say, this place is awesome ! I was in a bad car accident, & suffered from whiplash and a torn rotator cuff. My lawyer sent me to three physical therapy places, and none of them could help me. Over the course of years of constant pain, I started experiencing extreme neck stiffness, and headaches. I decided to start seeing a chiropractor to see if that would help. And sadly to say, i didn't see much results. I was getting to the point of accepting this is what my life has become. Its a very crippling feeling. At the point of just giving up, I thought about getting a deep tissue massage, to see if I could get some relief. I wish I would have thought of this much sooner !! Sooo my mom gave me a gift card for Christmas- was so looking forward to this- I did not have a relaxing pleasant message. The therapist acted like she did not want to be there. Older lady can’t think of her name. Was not good- no pressure . At check out I was pressured to buy another gift card. She wouldn’t take no for an answer, so I just recently went back in hopes that I’d have a better experience, NOPE!!! Message was anything but, I honestly felt like a 8 year old was rubbing me. I asked for more pressure, she said OK I got you but continued the same. Needless to say I was fed up! I think they need to go back to school and learn how to give a real message! If you’re in need of a “ real message” and sore this is not the place for you!! Pay a little extra and go elsewhere! Or stay home

Very amazing experience. I wish my wife and I would have been doing this more frequently. Will be back soon.

Unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality of services provided here, because my prenatal massage appointment was canceled 2 weekends in a row. The first time was canceled an hour and a half before my appointment, and today they canceled 25 minutes prior to my appointment. Both times I was told that the technician ended up in the emergency room the night before. I’m getting towards the very end of my pregnancy, so unfortunately it’s not feasible to keep scheduling prenatal appointments here in the hopes that one of them won’t be canceled before I give birth.
