I had a massage with April and she was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, attentive, and intuitive. I truly relaxed and enjoyed every minute of the session — she did an amazing job. However, my experience at the front desk unfortunately changed the overall impression. After I mentioned that I would think about booking discounted services for the upcoming months, the receptionist proceeded to charge my card and start setting up a membership without my clear consent. I felt pressured at a moment when I had already said I needed time to decide. I originally planned to return next month because I genuinely enjoyed the massage, but the pushy sales approach at checkout left me uncomfortable. I hope management can address this, as the quality of the massage itself was excellent.

The massage itself was great! It was very relaxing and the therapist did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the experience was really overshadowed by the aggressive sales pitch at the end. Instead of leaving feeling relaxed, I felt pressured and uncomfortable. Because of that, I most likely won’t be returning, which is disappointing because the actual service was good.

At face value, it's a cute shop with skilled massage therapists, but the structure of how this business miscommunicates, constantly pushes upsells, and makes canceling a subscription nearly impossible ruined it for me. I wish there was a way to pay outright before going in and be free to leave relaxed after, but instead of getting to head on my way I'd have to finalize everything with the front desk where all the customer service issues would happen over credits and purchases. When I decided to cancel my membership, I called trying to cancel for half a week with no call back from the manager and excuses given from the front desk each time and ended up having to go in person to insist I be removed and that all the forms for that were correct.

My wife and I have been using their services for a couple months now and they have been great. Everything from scheduling to service being provided they have been wonderful to deal with. Competing in an industry such as this you have to fight to stay ahead of the rest. They go above and beyond to make each experience better for their customers.

Facility was clean however service was lacking and I didn’t leave feeling like I got a massage. For starters I booked two massages for myself and my girlfriend at the same time with two different therapists. Unfortunately I made the mistake of booking both under the same name. One was canceled but we were never informed of its cancellation so when we showed up we only had one appt and there were no openings. This was my first massage and so I didn’t know what to expect but The massage was okay more relaxing then relieving if anything. I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage however what i received was hardly deep. I requested my shoulders be focused however I left feeling no relief if not even tighter from the way I was laying the majority of the massage. *edit* willing to have my mind
