The Lake Saint Louis location is by far the best and it’s the only location I will visit. Cassie is phenomenal. She has excellent technique and actually listens to you and tailors the massage to your needs. The front desk staff are lovely too. I highly recommend the LSL Massage Luxe!

My experience with the massage therapist was not a good one from the go. She told me she had a cut on her finger and if it feels weird it’s because of the bandage for sanitary reasons. It didn’t exactly set a relaxing mood. Nor do I think she could properly give a massage due to her injury. There was zero pressure during the massage. I didn’t know how long it had passed before I said I was done and told her to stop. I was hoping it would get better but after she put a pound of oil on my back I was over it. I came out the massage early and explained things were not going well. Terry pulled me into her office said I’m sorry she was not a good fit and I left. I can’t believe Terry then called me hours later and left a voicemail to let me know we’ll be using my gift cards on file for services

I ASKED for DEEP tissue and desperately needed that B4 a 5hr car trip this morning out of town. When I called they confirmed that, when I arrived 11/25 for a5:45 pm nassage they confirmed YES she can do that. In the my massage at beginner I told her I want DEEP tissue. It was a nice gentle touch but I also then reminder her. Please go deeper, harder. NOPE, still just a LIGHT touch massage rubbing lotion on me. I’m UPSET. I WANT and NEED my MONEY refunded and the nassage made up to me. She’s a nice person and I wasn’t going get in a confrontation with her, i’d already asked her twice, and confirmed twice that she could do this. I’m a very longtime customer. Addy at the front desk was AMAZING and super helpful. She helped me pick the perfect eye cream and got me a wonderful Christmas bundle for a gift. I was very impressed with her customer service and will definitely come back! Great job all around!
