Finding a new massage therapist was hard when I moved up north. Everyone's body is different and same with the therapists. I am really happy I found Kayla. She listens to what I want and has put me to sleep numerous times. I've had Kayla working on me for maybe 6 months now. She does a good job. Don't be afraid to speak up. She even practices the cupping method which I recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it! I feel like it has helped release so much built up tension and I feel more loose. Anyone who likes deep tissue will really enjoy it! Starting over on my fitness journey, I'll be continuing my monthly sessions with her. Hands down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. She has such a calming presence that I literally fall asleep on the table, but I always leave feeling truly relaxed, refreshed, and lighter than when I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. Highly, highly recommend!

I absolutely love Kayla! Her space is so inviting and soothing. The minute I walk in I can already feel the stress starting to leave my body. She always asks if there’s a particular spot she should focus on and even though I’ve had numerous appointments with her she also asks if the pressure is ok. Very thoughtful. I also love that once the session begins she isn’t chatty and allows me to take the best naps ever!
