My experience with Candace was exceptional! I appreciated the time she took in conversation before and after my massage to understand the tensions-both physical and emotional that I’ve been experiencing so that she could tailor the experience to my particular needs. The massage itself was perfect! Not too hard, not too light. I will most definitely return!

I appreciate how Candace gets to know me as an individual and inquires about my overall well being. She is straight forward with her intent of care and doesn't chit chat while massaging. Each visit, I leave relaxed and refreshed.

Its worth driving all the way to Park Rapids to get Candace's amazing experience and expertise. After traveling the entire country often trying massages to help problem area's in my back, no one makes progress like Candace. She knows the correct balance of pressure to actually release trigger points with out making you feel bruised the next day. Candace is knowledgeable in all aspects of life but has a deep curiosity in her craft. Please don't all flood to Exhale at once so I can still find booking times on her schedule, you will not regret it.

Candace was very personable and took time before the start of our appointment to understand my personal needs. The massage helped to release some areas of tightness that have been knotted up for some time. I will book another appointment with her soon.
