Beauty Nails

While it is true Tina can be a little heavy handed, and talk to her partner ( cousin ) Anna, in their native language, and has almost fallen asleep 😴 while painting my nails, that is all overlooked by the fantastic job she does on my nails. I, like alot of people have had to wait past my appointment time, but i have also been squeezed in, and have had earlier than her normal opening time appointments. I have been going to her since she opened and have never had a complaint. In fact, I will praise her till the cows come home. She is the only nail tech in my 38 years of having acrylics, that my nails have not lifted, EVER. Nor have I ever broken a nail, and I am hard on mine. Tina never disappoints! She did my engagement nails last fall so I knew I had to go back for my wedding nails! I always do square shape so this was a new shape for me and I was very nervous but she was constantly checking and making sure I loved everything!

Great price for great mani! I made an appointment for my MIL and I and we had to wait about 15mins while the tech finished up another client. But they have pop/water, cookies and plenty of magazines out while you wait. Other than the late start, the service was great. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a great job. Being used to Mpls prices, I was truly shocked at how affordable this gel mani is!

Went to get an acrylic set taken off and a new set put on. When she saw my nails she rolled her eyes and walked away. She then called me over to take them off and said it took extra time to take them off and they were busy and i should of told her. She was rude and unprofessional about it, especially when she so "crunched for time" but yet had time to stop my nails and flip through her phone to find something to listen to... She clipped the skin under my nails and burned me with the dremel, she was too rushed and sloppy. The day after i noticed my nails had a gross yellow hue to them so i called to let them know and shensaid to come in and she would fix them. So i get there and decided to just put a color over them because the yellow was past the tips. As she is doing them she says it cost

They told me I took too much of their time, they rushed my nails so they look bad, and said what I asked for was too hard for them. Would never go back. She kept scrolling through her phone while in between my nails, she kept bringing over the other lady in there to laugh at what I wanted for nails and I felt humiliated and kept getting sassy and rude with me. She also said since she took too much time with me she had to cancel an appointment that came in after me. She also kept grabbing my hand so hard to the point it was hurting.
