I’ve been seeing Katlyn for years for not only the healing massage therapy she provides but the clarity I feel after each session. I leave each session so at ease and grounded. I carry my stress in my body like we all do, but I am amazed by working my muscles she somehow helps me process my mental constraints as well. I highly recommend setting up a session. Katlyn is the best!

She has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly where the problem areas are and adjust each session to what I need most that day, whether it’s deep tissue, relaxation, or something in between. Katlyn has been my massage therapist for a few years and she is a master of her craft! I typically like to get cupping with my massage, she always knows the exact spots for placement and I get tremendous relief. Not only is she a incredible therapist but has given me great stretches to help myself at home with certain areas that get extra tense. Her goal as a massage therapist is to make you feel like the version of yourself that you are meant too & every time I have seen her for a massage I leave feeling like a new man. I’m a full-time cleaner and my body takes a lot of wear and tear from tight hips, shoulder tension, and constant hand cramps from spray bottles. After one session with Katlyn, I felt a huge difference. She found all the overworked areas, did deep tissue and cupping, and even sent me stretches to help everything hold. I haven’t had a single hand cramp all week, and my body feels noticeably lighter. Highly recommend Katlyn if you work a physical job or just need real, targeted bodywork. She knows what she’s doing. I’ll be back to see her for regular ongoing care.
