Massage Remedy

Ok grab your popcorn…. I had a huge knot in my shoulder so was desperate. Google came up with this place nearby with an appointment available. I booked online and got a confirmation email back. I arrive about 15 minutes early and as soon as I walk in a woman comes running down almost panicked. I said oh I’m here early for my appointment. She said “no too busy. Too busy.” I said ok well here is my confirmation email. She said oh ok come back at 230. No big deal I head to target for some dog treats. Head back to the “spa” and am greeted by a different woman….zero English I had to speak into her translator. She said no too busy. I explained in her magical device I had an appointment that was rescheduled. She then says ok and I take a seat. A very happy man comes down, am I insinuating anythin

I absolutely love it here! But with that being said, let me say this. This is not the place you go for a relaxing spa day, as mentioned in other reviews, you can hear the traffic. I personally don’t care, I don’t come here for relaxation, I come here for relief as I constantly have tightness in my neck and shoulders and knots all over. They are a little heavy handed with the massages and I love it! I need it and I yearn for it!! I will never go anywhere else as long as this place is around. They are skilled with their hands and I always leave feeling amazing. The prices can’t be beat for this area and especially considering they use hot stones at the end without an added charge. I always tip their requested (now) 25% because the massage alone would cost me that much at other places in the

Awful silly business ran by mediocre jokers that think they can tell you how much to tip. Atrocious customer service, everything about this experience just reeked of unprofessionalism. After an abysmal massage and shorting the time by almost 20mins these bozos then proceeded to demand a 25% tip. Please save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

Cute place. Decent massage but pressed a little too hard. 45 min massage. Paid $60. Gave her 20% tip of $12 and she laughed at me like she was mad didn't tip more. I think 20% tip was acceptable on a 45 min massage. I found that extremely rude to treat a customer that way paying 20% tip.

I used to get massages monthly from different places around the Main Line. Amy and Nancy at Massage Remedy really stand out for their strong trained targeted massage which focused on my pain points and the reasonable price $70 for 60 minutes. I was so impressed I got a gift card for family. We had no appointment but just called and walked in with 5 minutes notice.
