Massage On Park

I met Lisa a couple of years ago, and she has been my massage therapist ever since. The first time I had injured myself surfing, and had some serious issues with my neck and shoulder areas. Lisa took her time with my problem areas, and made me feel confident that she could help me alleviate the pain- and she did! I’ve had multiple injuries over the years, and she has been a regular part of my life Bc she fixes the issues. I see her once a week, and I can feel when I have missed a week with her. I’m a performance coach and stretch therapist, and I wouldn’t be able to do my career pain free without her help for sure! Thanks so much Lisa!
