ME Tenleytown does not disappoint! The front desk staff (Deja, Diamond) are so courteous and knowledgeable, they easily answered all my questions. The management (Danielle) helped me understand what the experience would be like and also gave me some tips to fast track my transaction. The storefront is clean and welcoming. When we arrived Deja and Diamond quickly helped us through our intake paperwork without missing a beat! As people walked in or out, they greeted them with a bright, warm smile and still attended to us. My friends enjoyed their experience and I'm definitely coming back in January.

I use to love this place, Wisconsin Ave NW, until the staff receptionist with a stank attitude deleted my appointment, that I paid for (I had a membership) becuse she had a stank disposition, ask to speak with a supervisor, she stated she was the only one there. Go figure, so I change locations to Siilver Spring, they had better attitudes.

Massage by Lamia was very good. Solid. But service levels and business savvy lacking. I was a guest of friend who is on their $100 subscription plan. The greeting was perfunctory by Lamia. Neutral not friendly. Not curious. Asked one question if what I wanted. No one offered upsell of hot towels or aromatherapy. At end the tipping system offered lowest tip of 20% of the retail price of $160 so if I did not read fine print I would have tipped $32! This is misleading and gives bad taste. As I was about to leave, front desk person made minor sales offer for $100 monthly membership. But it was really really weak. Below my expectations! The masseuse has a poor technique. Did not respond to my requests made in the initial interview with the hostess. The discount offered for the first massage was not applied even showing the texted message. I don't recommend it. The worst part was that a tip was requested...
