Massage Envy

Excellent service at the front desk, therapist Nicole did a good job. A little rough at first, but great communication and educating for an overall nice experience.

I booked a 90-minute massage with JUDY and specifically confirmed beforehand that the therapist provides medium-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was extremely light — it genuinely felt like moisturizer was being applied rather than a massage. I clearly mentioned my focus areas at the beginning, but those areas were barely addressed. Instead, time was spent on areas I specifically requested not to be worked on, which was frustrating. I left feeling exhausted rather than relaxed or relieved. For the price and duration, it was not worth it. I am cancelling my membership.

Erica was amazing! She was very kind and professional, took the time to focus on my target areas, and gave a deep massage exactly as I requested. I left feeling relaxed and much less tense. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!
