Rosa is one of a kind. I’ve had over 100 massages at Massage Envy and she is amazing. Not only is she a wonderful human being but her skill and technique is great if you’re looking for a deep massage. For such a tiny little human being she has some mighty strength.

I had a 90 minute full body massage with Pamela. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was easy, Pamela listened to my needs and was a fantastic therapist and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this facility for a massage and of course Pamela!

I have visited Massage Envy before and I have never had an issue with the therapists and the way they provide the massage therapy. I have also rated them 5 stars before because of the quality of their massages and the way they listen and focus on the areas specified. This time, that wasn’t the case. I got a massage at this location and the massage therapist person was not good at all. First, I booked my massage with the Aroma Therapy Oil (Not sure if I said that right) and she never used it on me. Thank God the lady at the front desk catch it, and removed that from my final bill. Then, I specified areas on my body I wanted done and the lady did areas I did not even selected to be done. Yes, I could’ve said something but I am not a confrontational person and I am trying to relax not stress.

Rosa was my massage therapist for a 90 minute full body massage. She asked where I would like for her to focus her attention, asked about the pressure she applied during the massage and was very attentive to my comfort. I will be back!

I liked the relaxation room seating rather than the store front. I suggest beverage service other than water. Perhaps complimentary or for a small fee. I would expect this service from an upscale establishment such as this. The staff were welcoming and professional. My masseuse was fully engaged and focused on me and my wellbeing. There are many providers in the area and choosing one can be a daunting task. Be mindful of this fact. You get what you pay for! Also make an early appointment. Why you ask? A masseuse works tirelessly and with each client throughout the day their energy and stamina diminishes. This pertains to any service industry. I have found that when providers are energized and motivate you receive the best service according to their talent and expertise. Massage Envy comes
