Chris is the best! I switched to the Greatwood location after several years at another location, I wish I had made the switch sooner. The front end staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have been getting massages from Chris for about two years now, he is always cheerful and friendly while also being very professional and highly attentive during the massage. The absolute best! 10/10, highly recommended this location and Chris!

I love my massage therapists at Massage Envy. Christ and Emily take great care of me. I have back pain and lymphedema and both are skilled in treating my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My review is not about the service I have received but about the customer service at the front desk. I had an appointment that I tried to cancel the day off and was told I would be charged. I explained to the young lady (Allison sorry if I have the wrong name) that I had just been discharged from the hospital but I was informed I would be charged. I was not please and I’m sure I let that be known. I told her I would keep the appointment but when I arrived she had canceled the appointment. I was refunded by the young lady at the desk but I was definitely inconvenienced. There never seems to be a manager around. Be careful with your cancellations.

I highly recommend Massage Envy. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Sign is smooth and easy for first timers— all digital and brief. Once you’re all signed in, you are escorted into a relaxing waiting area. It’s a perfect start on your relaxation journey. From there your masseuse/masseur will walk you back to your massage room. My masseur was Chris. I had pulled something in my neck a few days before. Chris was very thorough in making sure he understood where the pain was and what level of pressure I wanted around my neck/shoulder. He is an excellent masseur! I walked out of this massage center finally able to turn my head completely. Thank you, Chris! 10/10 recommend this massage facility and Chris as your massage therapist. They have awesome first time customer prices, too! Y’all
