Massage Envy

I had one of the best massages by Adriana yesterday! She does a firm, deep tissue massage, which I prefer. She follows each muscle and pinpoints THE spot that needs attention. I found myself imagining that the next knot she would find would soon get the great pressure it needed! My upper back, neck, hands and feet thank you so much! The expert massage I got from Adriana at The Sparks Galleria was one of the best I've ever had. I've had around 50 different massage therapists over the 14 years I've been a member of Massage Envy and Adriana rates in the top two! I can't say enough! Thanks Adriana!

I just finished my first massage with Sarah, this morning. She was very professional, and incredible at what she does. I went In because of my back, my back feels great, and my shoulder feels like I could throw a car across a parking lot now. Absolutely can not reccomend Sarah enough. Thank you very much.

⭐ 1 star I cancelled my membership in July 2025 and was assured multiple times, both in person and over the phone, that my account would be cancelled in August while I was out of the country. I signed the required cancellation form and was told notes had been placed on my account confirming this. Despite these assurances, I continued to be charged for several months. I contacted this location on four separate occasions and was repeatedly told the issue had been resolved, yet the billing continued. This situation caused unnecessary stress and required me to involve my bank in order to stop the charges.
