I had my first microdermabrasion treatment with Jasmine at Massage Envy, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s so gentle yet thorough, and I could immediately tell she really cares about her clients’ skin and overall experience. My face felt smooth, refreshed, and glowing afterward—I’ve already gotten compliments! If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does, Jasmine is the one to book with. I used to come to Massage Envy years ago and always had wonderful experiences. Never had an issue with any therapist or management. They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. That is not the story now. I came in January for a 90 minute massage. I paid close to 260.00 for a god awful massage with a male therapist, who I think may have used an entire bottle of oil, seriously my clothes were sticking to me then had to wash my hair 3 times that night to get all the grease out. He did nothing I asked for, ended the session early, after being 15 minutes late for our appointment. When I went to pay I was told if I I paid an extra 40 dollars to make it an even 300.00 I would get two more 1 hour sessions. We have also been loyal customers of Massage Envy since it opened! Frank and Alice have been awesome! The new management sucks and I agree with all the comments posted by others. They are not customer focused and there ia a total lack of communication! My husband and I have finally canceled our membership as of today!

Had a 2 pm appointment, arrived early as they request and the masseuse called to cancel at 2:15. I understand people get sick but calling to cancel AFTER the appointment was supposed to be is unacceptable. I drove 20 minutes each way, sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and had to pay a babysitter. A small comped “enhancement” does not cover the cost for the babysitter I already had to pay plus having to reschedule. Very disappointing.

My family has had a membership to this location for over 10 years. Unfortunately they are under new ownership and have put in place so many new rules that are incredibly restrictive and not customer-oriented. Previous ownership was a dream and so helpful and understanding. I can't imagine they will be able to maintain this business while hemorrhaging loyal customers who the previous owners worked so hard to build up. So disappointed I can't go here anymore - it's giving corporate girlie who quiet quits because she's having a little breakdown. This massage envy is having a major emotional breakdown and it is now the pits.
