ChillRx Cryotherapy Princeton

Unfortunately this seems shady. Made appt on 3/1 for 3/2, for HBOT. Started up to make my appt. Called to confirm location was informed that the HBOT was up for maintenance, AND that they had left a message on my phone. This absolutely DID NOT HAPPEN. They now wanted me to have another service. Not sure what the game is, but it is poor management at the very least., or trying to bait and switch. I was half way into to a 45 minute ride and because it is a service that if it did what I read it could do, I probably would have been a return customer. I guess they offer services at a reduced rate and try to upsell.

This establishment by far has been nothing but a delight! Miriam was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and so kind in my 90 minute treatments with her. I will continue to tell everyone I know about it! Steady client for sure!!

Eileen is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my needs and concerns and made me feel completely at ease. Dropped in for a Normatec leg compression treatment to help my legs recover from a marathon I had recently run a 3 days prior. Staff were excellent, courteous, and welcoming. And the treatment itself was impeccable. Normatec is a top tier device for restoring blood flow and venous return after strenuous events or medical challenges, and it’s so great Princeton ChillCryo has it here so readily accessible. I felt less pain and increased mobility immediately after my session. Thank you!! 🙏

Fantastic first visit with Ciarra and Toya! The facility is impeccably clean, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and I already notice a change in my body from the Slimpod, cryotherapy, and skinny shot. Definitely coming back!
