Massage Envy

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I booked two appointments for the same time: one for me and one for my husband for a special day for him. The morning of, Massage Envy called to cancel my husband's appointment. He was the whole reason we were even doing this. When I tried to call to cancel my appointment, I spent an hour getting transferred around and having no one pick up (someone must have been there to have called and cancelled my husband's appointment). When I finally did speak to someone, she said I was going to have to pay the cancellation fee even though they were the ones who cancelled one of the appointments. I understand having a cancellation fee policy, but this woman was rude and completely unhelpful. After she hung up on me, I started the whole process again o

Went there for a one time thing for ongoing back/muscle pain, asked for a deep tissue massage and Nicole was thorough and did a good job targeting the areas i needed work on. Afterwards, I didnt feel like I had that much relief from the knots I have been dealing with and still had that tightness to those areas The office also did not have that therapeutic atmosphere to it. It kinda felt like it used to be an old doctors office and the massage rooms were just old patient rooms that didnt have much done to them (it was around halloween and there was so many spider web decorations it was hard to truly get a good idea). As with everything, they also have increased their member plan and wouldnt be worth it to commit for a year.

Update: Its now 3+ months since I started trying to cancel. AFTER this post, which is after multiple phone calls and messages being left, they told me I have to fill out paperwork to cancel and therefore they refuse to credit me for the money they stole. Corporates response below was useless, I emailed and got one response saying they would follow up, but no one ever did, and they have ignored all follow up emails I have sent. I have repeatedly called and I get voicemail every time, but no one calls back, the owners are supposedly unknown, the regional manager, Brandon Sgroi is a phantom. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They just want your money and will screw you over. Note that I have 30 packages built up. I had to change my credit card so they stop charging

Had the pleasure of working with Loretta for a 60 min deep tissue massage. She was able to work out months of lower back pain!! I left feeling really refreshed. I would highly recommend asking for Loretta. Overall, the establishment was very clean and festively welcoming. The staff were very personable, friendly and helpful.

Adrianna gave me an amazing facial. I loved chatting with her and she was thorough and did a wonderful job :)
