Massage Envy

Very nice facility; front desk and support staff are excellent. Stella does the best massage I've ever had in my life (and I've had many!) I have a painful chronic condition and (relatively) frequent surgeries; she helps so much in healing, managing pain, and trying to lengthen the intervals between procedures. I've also been seeing Frankie for facials. She does a wonderful job and is definitely mitigating the impact of everything on my face. I cannot say enough good about these awesome ladies.

I’m going with three stars to be fair. Up front, the customer service upfront (manager, receptionist, other employees) was awesome. However my 60 minute massage was definitely 40 mins exactly. I timed it. I took pics. They can check their cameras. It was a 40 min massage when paying for 60. That’s my only “complaint”. Massages are a luxury in this day and age. I don’t want others to think they are getting a full hour when they won’t.

Why is it May 15 and I can't schedule a massage for June? You can't even tell me when to call back? Yet the Ocean City location is booked solid for June? Ummmmmmmm. And yes, I have expressed this concern on your portal.

So, my first ever massage was from here and it was amazing! I had continued going ever since for a third and second time. Now, earlier in the year i had went with an ex and the massages we got were... not the greatest and pretty rough. but i was willing to give the place yet another shot today. Now today, the gentleman was fairly nice to me however.. the massage was one straight out of hell. It was so utterly painful that i actually have bruises from how hard he pushed on me. He even beat on my back so roughly and enough times that afterwards he gave me a migraine. I don't think I can ever come here again after being literally bruised.

In addition to never being able to make an appt online, being met with a busy tone or no answer during business hours, and mediocre services, Sara, the on-duty manager, felt the need to be argumentative and extremely unhelpful when trying to transfers my credits to someone else. Just don’t go here. Even with the membership, About Faces ends up being less expensive with much better treatments and astonishingly better customer service.
