This was my first calming facial with Alice - She was amazing. Great conversationalist, amazing educator, and fantastic techniques. She educated me on more important topics surrounding my facial treatments and how to keep up a routine. She also showed me the products she used, which are for sale at a very good price. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a facial 🥰

I have been to Massage Envy once before and had a great experience which is why this one shocked me. I went in for a 30 minute massage that was meant to start at 11 am. I wasn’t seen until 11:05 due to the woman at the front desk forgetting to check me in, according to my masseuse. The massage then ended at 11:20. I was confused and brought it up at the front desk when it was time to pay, but was told that it is a 30 minute massage and that undressing takes up some of that time. Even if that is the case, the appointment did not nearly add up to 30 minutes, and I ended up paying 73 dollars. I’m upset over this situation and won’t return. I’ve had chronic back issues for years, and was in so much pain after being laid up from a surgery for a few weeks. I came to see Ibrahim for a firm massage and he was fantastic. He listened attentively to my history and then got to work. He’s very strong and was really able to dig into the spots I needed! This was one of the best massages I’ve had - I felt such relief on the table and in the days after. He was wonderful, and I will return for another visit!
