Massage Envy

I was nervous going because of some of the reviews but we had a great experience. I booked a couples massage for my wife and I. They gave us the introductory rate. Our therapists were David and Casey. We were in the same room. They were professional and seemed passionate about what they do. The other staff were also very friendly and overall it was a good experience.

I wouldn’t go here again. Today was my first time. My massage therapist helped me with my neck and was SO sweet so this isn’t anything against her, but I paid $85 for 60 minutes and an extra $15 for an exfoliating foot treatment…. But what they don’t tell you is that the foot treatment takes time out of your massage. And they didn’t do any exfoliation treatment anyway. It was just a foot massage which took 15 minutes out of my 60 minutes, and then the therapist also ended my appointment 7 minutes early. I told the front desk after and they didn’t offer to do anything about it. So definitely don’t buy any of the add ons at this place!

Cynthia is absolutely wonderful! She really tries to make the entire experience helpful and relaxing. She has been doing a fantastic job helping me with my chronic pain. I’m so glad I found her!

I don’t know if I’ve ever been more furious at a store manager before. My 2 year old has a severe fever 103/104 and is struggling with her breathing and I decided I needed to take her into the doctors instead of get a massage (like any responsible mother would do). I call in to let the manager know that I’m having a family medical emergency and won’t be able to make it in. This kid who is the store manager in Orem had to be the most rude, and insensitive manager I’ve ever met. I’ve been a long time customer of Massage Envy and I know that the managers are capable of waiving the 50% charge for a same day cancelation. (I’ve had managers waive it at other locations for waaay less urgent matters). She says to me “you know it doesn’t take that long to go to urgent care. I don’t see why you can

My therapist Maria was wonderful. Pricing is sketchy. I reserved a 1 hour massage for $85 and somehow after taxes a 20% tip was an additional $29. I was stunned and didn't process this until I got home that for a tip to be $29 there had to have been $30 in taxes and fees. It was nice to reserve online and on a Saturday last minute but you pay the price being sold for their membership and whatever other fees they definitely don't show you at checkout.
