My Rolfing sessions with Susie have been a wonderful and healing experience. My posture and mobility have improved a great deal and my sleep has improved dramatically. I can sprint again without any pain, I thought those days were long gone. Before my sessions with Susie, I was walking around in a state of low-grade fight or flight. Susie helped me get out of fight or flight and into a calmer state of being where I can heal. I feel so much more relaxed and centered. For the first time in 10 years I am comfortable in my body. Susie is compassionate, knowledgeable and very skilled. She goes way out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend!

I found Susie almost a year ago when I’d read “The Body Keeps the Score” and it shared the idea of rolfing being a good way to release trapped trauma. Susie is a gem. I was impressed with how she spent time with me before the hands-on work to ask questions and let me share my stories, and that she seemed to be genuinely interested to listen to my responses to use that info in creating a treatment/game plan on where to begin with treating my chronic pain. She also takes extra time and precautions to ensure the office is clean which is so appreciated. The office environment is calm and light. I heard about Rolfing several years ago from a friend who suffered from chronic back pain. I asked her what it was like, and she told me" it can be painful but totally worth it!". So when I booked a session with Susie I really didn't know what to expect, but I assumed I'd have a similar results my friend had. Needless to say it was totally worth it, and it wasn't painful at all! Susie's technique was gentle, but very effective. I loved what she did for me in our first session so I purchased a ten series! I had been suffering from years of chronic pain in my hip, and a few other issues, and by the 2 session the pain vanished, and hasn't ever returned! My parents recommended I receive some rolfing after a life time of posture that I just couldn't correct and some chronic pain that had been going on for a year and a half. Chiropractors and physical therapists weren't able to help me heal but after one session with Susie I started to see and feel results! I went through a ten series and my posture is healed and chronic pain is gone!! I'm so thankful for the time she has put in to become so good at what she does and share it with the world.
