Massage Envy

Absolutely awful. Got a deep tissue massage, it wasn’t deep at all. Asked for aromatherapy, therapist said it wasn’t on the tablet so she could go get it but that would take time out of my massage. Asked the front desk about it and they weren’t apologetic at all, just said she didn’t come get it so we didn’t charge you, sometimes if they don’t refresh the tablets the add one don’t show up. Somehow the other three people in my party all got their add ons. The room was also freezing when any body part was outside of the blanket. I felt rushed and like what i was scheduled for was the biggest inconvenience. This place is truly the great clips of massage places.

I feel bad for the therapist as she was super nice and polite. The building was absolutely freezing, her hands were cold the entire time and I stressed that to the reception Tiyani (sp? not sure how to spell her name) and she was like yeah...I'm sitting with a space heater and basically blew me off to make sure my payment was going through. Then I mentioned it again how my experience would have been a lot better had it been warmer and that they may want to sneak a space heater in for the next massage. Again she didn't seem to care and just gave me a fake smile and look of annoyance because there was someone coming in. This place seems to be all about the money. Hannah was fantastic!! Very sweet girl and she did a great job in my massage. I feel so much better and will definitely be requesting her every time ☺️

Regan C. - my masseuse. Absolutely, hands down, the BEST massage I've had since being a member 2007. This gal has the softest, yet firm, touch. She gives the most thourough massage I've ever experienced! She helped my for neuropathy with firm.. She was more gentle in area of recent rotator cuff repair. GREAT JOB, ME-y'all need to hire more like her!! 🌹

Great group of people in here. My masseuse Jo'von does an amazing job at working out any knots. Overall greatest experience every time I come in!
