The Hands Bodywork

As an older athlete/coach that is in the gym multiple times a day 7 days a week my body needs help with maintenance and recovery to ensure I can meet with my clients and preform at every session. Kyle has done wonders for my recovery and overall health and I honestly don’t know what I would do without his services. I cannot recommend Kyle enough, price, availability, professionalism and delivery of product is top notch.

1000/10 recommend! I have had my fair share of experiences with massage. Honestly , none can compare to the skill & talent of Kyle. Definitely game changer. He blows other massage therapists out of the water. Always Professional, kind, funny and most importantly highly skilled in his trade. I have had massages over the years but none were a true deep tissue like Kyle provided. I was experiencing lower body and low back soreness for a few days following an intense workout. After our session, I felt significant relief and was able to resume exercising at a high level the following day! Highly recommend!!

A part of my bodybuilding journey was to look for a sports massage from a professional to help with plantar flexion, blood flow to muscle, and recovery. I found it here with Wade, he is very professional. I was able to connect with him over a shared interest in bodybuilding, and was able to learn about how sports massages are able to assist so much with an athletic build. Be it with DOMs recovery, muscle stimulus growth, and an improved lifting session. I highly recommend; this was my first experience with a massage and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a great experience, and I have already booked my next visit. The workouts that I had following this trip were some of my best I have had. 10/10.

Loved working with Kyle. Following my knee surgery I experienced some atrophy to the muscles surrounding that joint. When I began ramping up my training and began to return to normal activity I was regularly seeing him. He helped alleviate pain and soreness while also discussing possible ways to minimize future discomforts. The term “Bodywork” is fitting because its above and beyond what you would expect and is tailored to the individual needs of the individual. Highly recommend Kyle and the work that is being done here!
