I’ve been going to Brittany for nearly 20 years, and there is truly no one I trust more with my hair. She is insanely talented, constantly evolving her skills, and somehow manages to make you feel like her only client every time you’re in her chair. Beyond her talent, Brittany is professional, respectful, and runs her business with integrity. I’ve followed her through different seasons of life and hair trends, and I can confidently say she is one of the most consistent, kind, and skilled stylists out there. If you’re lucky enough to get on her books, you’re in great hands.

Actual appointment was fine, Tracy was pleasant and complimented me on my color which I’d done at home. I found it odd that she recommended washing my hair in ice cold water (something I already do) while shampooing my hair with hot water but I figured it wasn’t a big deal. I told her that my hair needed blended layers because it’s thick and can look really choppy. I was mildly concerned with her blending shears technique but figured, she’s a professional, she knows what she’s doing. She turned me away from the mirror for the blow-dry, again, not uncommon because it makes it easier for the stylist to not have to shimmy between the client and the vanity console. She asked if she could do curls, I should have said no but thought what the heck, I never have time to curl my own hair so I said

I always book with Kathleen! She is amazing at cutting hair. She washed my hair well, cuts exactly what I ask for with all the little details I ask too, and styles it so pretty. She is SO sweet to talk! Highly recommend :)

Booked an appointment with Brittany. Was called an hour and a half before my appointment (scheduled for 2pm) to be told she’s running behind and would need to reschedule. Was not offered any other option but to reschedule to a different day this week. Declined because I don’t have any available time in the near future to get my hair done. This would’ve been my first appointment, but I will be going somewhere that doesn’t call right before an appointment to say they’re running behind and cancel.

Thank you Kellee for doing an amazing job and hearing what I needed done. Sometimes it is hard to explain but you understood. Thank you again.
