I was given a facial appointment as a gift from my daughter so I could feel pampered and relaxed. I shared this with the technician when she asked about my skin concerns and current skincare routine. Unfortunately, instead of a relaxing experience, I was met with judgmental comments and a dismissive tone that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. What should have been a peaceful, enjoyable gift turned into an experience where I felt criticized rather than cared for. I left feeling let down and discouraged, which was especially disappointing knowing how much my daughter wanted this to be a positive part of my day. I hope the technician reflects on her approach, as many clients come in for self-care, celebrations, or gifts and deserve to feel supported, not judged.

Last year, l purchased a one-year membership in Florida and transferred it to the Holly Springs location the following month. When renewal time came in November, I chose not to renew. I was clearly told that I had until February 17 to use my remaining credits. In January, I used one credit for a facial and in February I used another for a massage. I had one credit remaining and decided to transfer it to a family member in Texas who is a first responder. I paid the $10 transfer fee. Terrible business. I set up my massage envy subscription 5 years ago at this location. I told them I was about to move and they said ‘no problem, you can use it anywhere.’ Twice now they’ve screwed me- once when they said they’d notify me when charges would resume after COVID and they never did. Now I learn that because my credit card on file expired, they cancelled my subscription and deleted all my points! No phone call- nothing. Bad enough ME app sucks- you can never see your points balance and can’t make appointments. But I know there were well over 50 services in my bank- over $2000 worth. So they stole over $2k from me. Small claims court, here I come. ME should have a class action about this. Update: ME responds with a false promise that someone would contact me. Never happened. Ap

Rebecca was an amazing masseuse! She really helped me release the tension I had in my shoulders and neck, but was also able to apply less pressure on places that were sensitive. Would definitely recommend her!

I bought a membership at North Hills Raleigh location, but the massage therapist I had there did so poorly I changed locations to hollysprings. I found a therapist I liked due to the quality of his massages, Quinton, but he’s cancelled on me twice last minute. I understand they have a policy for notifying of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance but if that’s the case with clients it should be with massage therapists as well. The last time I had a cancellation he did notify me a day in advance but by the time he cancelled he was booked until January as well as another therapist I like Bernice.
