Massage Envy

It was very welcoming. The waiting area sets the mood peacefully. Rebecca was amazing. Not only was she good with my daughter but she was amazing to me. An hour went by too fast didn’t want to leave. I’m even interested in being a member. First time going and I want to keep coming back. Thank you

Ken was a great massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable about the body and his craft. We talked a bit at the beginning and here and there but mostly I was able to relax quietly which is my preference during a massage. He also asked about the pressure he used and made adjustments so it was the right amount for me, comfort wise and therapeutically. I would recommend Ken and would go back to him.

Jonathan is ALWAYS amazing! He is knowledgable and works the areas that need it in order to make you feel your best. He also takes into account what helps you feel relaxed so the massage overall always leaves you feeling loose and refreshed! I look forward to my sessions even when I know it’s gonna hurt so good 😂

My customers gifted me a massage and I went to go use it here and was treated way fabulous that I thought it was going to be a fabulous massage. I booked it for the next day. I got stuck at work and realized that I could no longer make my massage and that I needed to reschedule And the retail individual who took my phone call instead of just rescheduling me again this was a free massage decided to take half of my free massage credit because I couldn’t make it when it was booked as a gift for me so that being said, I will never use massage envy. They ruin something that was supposed to be a gift when I was not informed of any cancellation policy whatsoever. I would not go here at all.

I've been a member at ME for about 15 years and I've never had a bad experience. For the last few years I've been going to Billy who has moved to the Costa Mesa location and I gladly followed him. When you find a good massage therapist, you stick with them. I had a 90 minute session yesterday and I've been in a zen state since then! Have gifted sisters and friends massages and they are always ecstatic. The best part of my self care routine is massages.
