Massage Envy

I have been charged for 3 memberships for over 2 years when we only have 2. Have been trying to get this fixed since last August but all I get is the run around. Owner has never bothered to call me or try to intervene. I'm guessing this is because they owe me money but this could have and should have been rectified months ago. Just left another message at this location plus at the Corporate office. I hope this isn't happening to anyone else.

I was very dissatisfied, and disappointed. The first thing I observed was how dirty the chairs are in the quiet room. They were stained, and soiled. They didn't have coffee, or tea either. To make it worst, my massage table was cold, due to the broken heater. My massage therapist let me know that the staff was made aware of this days prior to my arrival. This is the worst Massage Envy I've visited. I want to ask for a refund. Nevertheless, my Massage Therapist hit the spot. I was feeling much better after my massage.

I love my massage therapist. She does an amazing job. Front desk has gotten a lot better recently, more friendlier than it had been. Still disappointed that the same people that see me every two weeks don't know me by name. Years ago I would walk in and they greeted me by name, it was just a nice feeling.

Very disappointed. You pay for an hour and only get 50 min because they deducted 10min for you to get undressed. I paid extra for hand a feet scrub and they use the massage time to do that so you really only get a 30 minute body massage. The massage itself was ok but they love to cut corners. Don’t recommend

Great staff. Everyone is so kind. Massage therapist are fantastic. Love the membership.
