Massage Envy

Everyone at massage envy was absolutely fabulous! Denise was so welcoming when I first got there and Sonora gave me the best facial ever!!! It was a wonderful experience and I will be back again!

Had a 90 minute massage with JoAnn yesterday. Excellent massage. She made me feel so comfortable mentally and physically. She showed real concern and attentiveness to my issues! Definitely recommend

My massage therapist Natasha was great. I have spinal stenosis which causes muscle spasm and knotting with associated nerve pain. Natasha devoted her efforts to working on my affected muscles, which are not easy to work on or have success with. I truly appreciate the effort she put forth to help relieve some of my pain.

The Therapist arrived 20 minutes late and nobody at the reception came to let me know about the delay I had to ask how much longer the wait would be. I was getting a massage and when I went to lay on the table it was cold ( not heated yet) clearly the room was not prepared before the appointment tent and the oil was cold when rubbed on me for the massage. The therapist did a good job with the massage but very poor customer service.

Natalia is an amazing massage therapist! Unfortunately the receptionist T, is aweful and completely unacceptable. After asking 4 different times to speak to a manager when she called me she refuses to let the manager speak to me to troubleshoot an issue and then hung up on me. I have been a customer for over 20 years and will be looking for new place once I use all my credits. Asking for a $10 refund for being canceled 4x I dont think is unreasonable yet T apparently cant comprehend and then hangs up. If you can deal with the incompetence of the phone person then the therapists here are great.
